Software End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: February 16, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the installation, access, and use of all software applications, programs, tools, utilities, and related documentation provided by OzNet, operated from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (“OzNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any OzNet software (“Software”), you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Software.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Software.
Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, OzNet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Software.
License scope may vary depending on the product and may include:
- Per-user license
- Per-device license
- Internal business use license
- Lifetime license
- Subscription-based license
The specific scope applicable to your purchase will be defined at the time of acquisition.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. License Activation & Access
Software may be distributed in various forms, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable applications
- Executable files
- License-key activated software
- Account-based software
- Offline tools
- Software requiring online authentication
OzNet reserves the right to implement, modify, or require activation mechanisms at its discretion.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights, including source code, object code, structure, design, algorithms, and documentation remain the exclusive property of OzNet.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Remove proprietary notices
- Circumvent license controls or activation systems
- Redistribute or resell the Software without authorization
- Use the Software for unlawful activity
- Use the Software to harass, stalk, surveil unlawfully, or harm individuals
- Use the Software to bypass sanctions, export laws, or regulatory systems
- Use the Software in connection with criminal conduct
Violation results in immediate termination.
6. Permitted Transfer
Licenses may be transferred, provided:
- The recipient agrees to this Agreement in full
- No copies are retained by the original licensee
- All policies remain binding on the transferee
OzNet retains the right to refuse recognition of improper transfers.
7. Updates & Modifications
Software updates are generally guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify features
- Patch vulnerabilities
- Improve performance
- Discontinue specific versions
We are not obligated to maintain legacy compatibility.
8. Data Handling
Software may:
- Operate fully offline
- Store user-generated data locally
- Transmit limited operational data to OzNet servers
- Use online authentication systems
You are solely responsible for:
- Lawful collection of data
- Lawful storage of intelligence material
- Compliance with privacy and surveillance laws
OzNet does not monitor or control user-collected data unless explicitly stated.
9. Lawful Use Requirement
You agree that all use of the Software will comply with:
- Local laws
- International laws
- Export control regulations
- Sanctions regimes
You assume full responsibility for your use of the Software.
10. No Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.”
OzNet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Continuous availability
We do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OzNet shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Third-party claims
- Misuse of Software
Total liability shall be limited to $0 beyond any refund expressly issued at our sole discretion.
You assume all risks associated with installation and use.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OzNet from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Software
- Your unlawful conduct
- Third-party claims related to your activities
- Violations of this Agreement
This obligation survives termination.
13. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
OzNet may immediately revoke your license without notice if:
- You breach this Agreement
- Misuse is suspected
- Fraudulent activity occurs
Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies.
14. Force Majeure
OzNet is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including cyber attacks, outages, government action, natural disasters, or supply disruptions.
15. Informal Dispute Resolution
You agree to contact OzNet and allow thirty (30) days to attempt informal resolution before initiating arbitration.
16. Binding Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration seated in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
You waive rights to court litigation and jury trial.
17. Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be brought individually. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding Software use and supersedes prior understandings.
