Export Compliance Statement

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

This Export Compliance Statement governs the sale, transfer, distribution, and use of all software, hardware, devices, and related technologies provided by OzNet, operated from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (“OzNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service, you agree to comply fully with all applicable export control and trade compliance laws.

1. International Trade Compliance

OzNet operates internationally and complies with applicable export control and sanctions laws, including but not limited to:

  • United States export control regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC)
  • Australian export control laws and regulations
  • Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) sanctions regimes
  • Applicable international trade restrictions and embargo programs

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use comply with all laws applicable to you.

2. Prohibited Jurisdictions

OzNet does not authorize the export, re-export, transfer, sale, or supply of any product or service:

  • To any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions under United States or Australian law
  • To any person or entity listed on sanctions or restricted party lists maintained by U.S. or Australian authorities
  • In violation of any applicable embargo, restriction, or trade prohibition

Transactions may be refused, cancelled, or terminated at our sole discretion if compliance concerns arise.

3. Dual-Use Technology Notice

Certain software and hardware offered by OzNet may constitute dual-use technology, meaning items that may have both civilian and regulated applications.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Intelligence gathering software
  • OSINT tools
  • Signal detection devices
  • EMP protection or shielding products
  • Defensive electronic countermeasure devices

You acknowledge that dual-use items may be subject to additional export, licensing, or regulatory requirements depending on jurisdiction and intended use.

4. End-Use Certification

By purchasing or accessing any product or service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any sanctioned jurisdiction
  • You are not listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted party list
  • You will not use any product or service for unlawful purposes
  • You will not use products in connection with prohibited military, weapons, or unlawful surveillance activities
  • You will not export, re-export, resell, transfer, or distribute products in violation of applicable law

You agree that OzNet may require additional information to verify compliance before fulfilling any order.

5. Re-Export Restrictions

You may not export, re-export, transfer, or provide access to any product, software, documentation, or technical data obtained from OzNet except in full compliance with all applicable export control laws.

Unauthorized re-export is strictly prohibited.

6. Compliance Responsibility

The customer bears sole responsibility for:

  • Determining whether any license or authorization is required
  • Obtaining any required governmental approvals
  • Ensuring lawful importation into the destination country
  • Payment of any duties, tariffs, or regulatory fees

OzNet makes no representation that products are appropriate or legally permissible in all jurisdictions.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate

OzNet reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Suspend shipment
  • Deny access to software
  • Terminate service

If we reasonably believe a transaction may violate export control laws or sanctions regulations.

No liability shall arise from compliance-related cancellation or refusal.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OzNet from any claim, penalty, fine, loss, or liability arising from your violation of export control or sanctions laws.

This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

9. No Liability for Regulatory Changes

OzNet shall not be liable for:

  • Changes in export laws
  • Government actions
  • Seizure, detention, or confiscation by customs authorities
  • Delays resulting from regulatory review

All regulatory risk remains with the purchaser.

10. Modifications

This Export Compliance Statement may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revisions.
