These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website located at oznetsecurity.com (the “Website”), and all services, software, products, hardware, reports, and materials provided by OzNet, operated from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (“OzNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, purchasing any service or product, or submitting any information to OzNet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Website and services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use our Website, services, or products.

We do not knowingly provide services or sell products to minors. If we become aware that a minor has engaged our services, access may be terminated immediately without notice.

2. Services Provided

OzNet provides cyber intelligence services including, but not limited to:

  • Harmful Content Scan
  • Leaked Information Scan
  • Impersonation Detection & Takedown
  • Scam Exposure Check

We also sell software and hardware products including, but not limited to:

  • OSINT gathering software
  • Intelligence-related software tools
  • Faraday cages and shielding products
  • EMP-related protection products
  • Signal detection devices
  • Other defensive security technologies

All services are provided on a prepaid basis only.

3. Nature of Services

All services are risk-based assessments and informational in nature.

We do not provide legal advice, law enforcement services, regulatory authority functions, or guarantees of outcome.

Reports are point-in-time assessments based on information available at the time of review.

You acknowledge that:

  • Results may change over time.
  • Third-party platforms control takedown decisions.
  • We do not control search engines, social networks, or external systems.
  • No service guarantees removal, prevention, or future protection.

4. Payment Terms

All services and products must be paid in full in advance in USD.

No service work will commence until payment is received.

You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Refund & Hardware Returns

Digital Services

All service purchases are final once work has commenced. No refunds will be issued once processing has begun.

Software

Software purchases are non-refundable.

Hardware

Hardware may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery only if:

  • Unopened
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

All return shipping, insurance, customs, duties, and related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Opened or used hardware is non-returnable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use any service or product for unlawful purposes
  • Engage in harassment, surveillance, or harm
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any software
  • Attempt to extract source code
  • Circumvent security mechanisms
  • Use products in violation of export laws
  • Use hardware in a dangerous or reckless manner

Violation may result in immediate termination without notice.

7. Software License

All software is licensed, not sold.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute
  • Copy or replicate
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Reverse engineer
  • Remove proprietary notices

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of OzNet.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content, reports, software, branding, materials, and documentation are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. No Warranties

All services, software, hardware, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

OzNet makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

OzNet shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, reputation, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party actions
  • Platform decisions
  • Misuse of products
  • Personal injury or death
  • Property damage

Total liability shall be limited to $0 beyond any refund expressly issued at our sole discretion.

You expressly assume all risks associated with the use of any product or service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OzNet from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of services or products
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unlawful conduct
  • Third-party claims resulting from your actions

This obligation survives termination.

12. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export, import, and trade laws.

You may not purchase or use our products in violation of sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory restrictions.

13. Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

OzNet shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Cyber attacks
  • Government actions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Internet outages
  • War or civil unrest

15. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact OzNet in writing and allow thirty (30) days to attempt informal resolution.

16. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration seated in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

You waive any right to:

  • Jury trial
  • Court litigation
  • Class action participation

17. Class Action Waiver

You agree that all disputes shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OzNet and supersede all prior understandings.
