This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the website located at oznetsecurity.com (the “Website”), and all services, software, hardware, reports, and products provided by OzNet, operated from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (“OzNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Use. Violation of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice.
1. Lawful Use Requirement
All services, software, hardware, and materials provided by OzNet must be used strictly for lawful purposes.
You agree not to use any product or service in violation of:

- International regulations
- Export control laws
- Sanctions regimes
You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use OzNet services or products to:

- Conduct unlawful surveillance
- Facilitate fraud or deception
- Conduct identity theft
- Circumvent law enforcement
- Interfere with third-party systems or networks
- Access systems without authorization
- Conduct hacking or penetration without legal authority
- Distribute malware or spyware
- Assist in criminal activity
- Promote violence or unlawful harm
- Violate privacy rights
3. Intelligence Service Restrictions
Reports and risk assessments provided by OzNet:
- May not be used to harass, threaten, or defame individuals
- May not be used as a substitute for legal advice
- May not be manipulated or misrepresented
- Must not be redistributed without written authorization
Clients are solely responsible for how they act upon any information provided.
4. Software Use Restrictions
All software is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
- Attempt to extract source code
- Modify or create derivative works
- Remove proprietary notices
- Circumvent technical protections
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute
- Use for competitive analysis
- Use for unlawful intelligence gathering
Unauthorized use will result in immediate license revocation.
5. Hardware & Defensive Equipment Restrictions
Security devices and hardware sold by OzNet are intended solely for lawful defensive and protective purposes.
You may not:
- Modify devices for weaponization
- Use devices to disrupt lawful communications
- Use EMP-related devices unlawfully
- Interfere with regulated communications infrastructure
- Use signal detection devices for unlawful surveillance
All risks associated with hardware use are assumed by the purchaser.
OzNet is not responsible for injury, property damage, or misuse.
6. No Reverse Engineering or Circumvention
You are strictly prohibited from attempting to:
- Bypass security mechanisms
- Circumvent digital protections
- Probe vulnerabilities without authorization
- Replicate system architecture
- Extract proprietary methods or investigative frameworks
7. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not purchase, export, re-export, or use products in violation of:
- Australian export control laws
- International sanctions
- Trade restrictions
- Embargo regulations
You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction and are not on any prohibited persons list.
8. Prohibited Commercial Exploitation
You may not:
- Resell reports
- White-label services
- Offer derivative services
- Represent yourself as affiliated with OzNet
Unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
9. Monitoring & Enforcement
OzNet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Refuse service
- Suspend access
- Terminate accounts
- Cancel orders
- Report unlawful conduct to authorities
We are under no obligation to provide notice prior to enforcement action.
10. Indemnification for Misuse
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OzNet from any claim arising from:
- Your unlawful use
- Your misuse of hardware
- Your misuse of reports
- Your violation of this Policy
This obligation survives termination.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
