Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services, software, hardware, and products offered by OzNet, operated from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (“OzNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All purchases are subject to this policy.

1. General Policy

All services and products are prepaid only and processed in USD.

By purchasing from OzNet, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms set forth below.

2. Digital Intelligence Services

2.1 — No Refund After Work Commencement

No refunds will be issued once service work has commenced.

Work is considered “commenced” when internal processing, client planning, review allocation, research preparation, analyst assignment, or data handling has begun.

Once any such activity occurs, the service is non-refundable.

2.2 — Cancellation Before Work Commencement

If a client requests cancellation before work has commenced, a refund may be issued at our discretion, less a twenty percent (20%) processing fee.

Processing fees are non-refundable and cover administrative, payment handling, and operational costs.

3. Software Products

All software sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Downloadable software
  • Licensed software
  • Digital intelligence tools
  • Custom-built or configured software

No refunds will be issued for software purchases under any circumstances.

4. Hardware Products

4.1 — Return Eligibility

Hardware products may be eligible for return only if:

  • Return is requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery
  • The product is unopened
  • The product remains in original condition
  • The product remains in original packaging
  • Return is formally approved by OzNet

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4.2 — Return Costs

All return-related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including:

  • Shipping
  • Insurance
  • Customs
  • Duties
  • Handling
  • Any associated fees

OzNet does not provide return labels.

4.3 — Inspection Requirement

All returned hardware is subject to inspection upon receipt.

If the product fully complies with the return conditions:

  • A refund will be issued for the product price
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

If the product does not meet return conditions:

  • No refund will be issued
  • The product will be returned to the customer
  • Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer
  • An invoice will be issued via email for return handling

Failure to pay return shipping costs may result in disposal of the product after reasonable notice.

5. Fraud, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of our Terms of Use.

OzNet reserves the right to:

  • Permanently ban the customer
  • Terminate services immediately
  • Pursue recovery of funds
  • Seek reimbursement of administrative and legal costs
  • Refer unpaid balances to collections
  • Initiate legal action where appropriate

We maintain transaction records and service commencement logs.

6. Non-Transferability

Refund rights are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

7. Discretionary Authority

OzNet reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility for any refund under this policy.

No verbal statements or external communications alter this policy unless formally issued in writing by OzNet.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
